Work
Built it.
Still run it.
Software development and DevOps for companies whose product depends on the thing underneath it staying up.
Eduvera
A university learning platform, built and operated end to end.
The problem
Eduvera was running an Egyptian university learning platform on off-the-shelf software that buckled every exam season. Traffic spiked when it mattered most, reporting could not answer basic business questions, and every new requirement meant fighting the tools instead of using them.
What we delivered
We designed and built a platform of their own — student, instructor, and administration experiences, course delivery and video, payments, and the analytics the business actually runs on. Then we kept running it: deployments, monitoring, and the infrastructure underneath.
The result
Peak periods are now a scheduling question rather than an outage risk, staff work in tooling shaped around how the institution actually operates, and new features ship on the platform instead of around it.
- Full platform
- Built from scratch
- Ongoing
- Operated by ScaleBit
- Peak season
- Scaled for exams
CranL
A deployment platform that ships in seconds, across regions.
The problem
CranL set out to make deployment simple and inexpensive — push code, get a running application. Delivering that promise meant infrastructure in multiple regions, one-click templates, managed databases, and the operational discipline to keep all of it available at once.
What we delivered
We worked across the product and the infrastructure that carries it: multi-region rollout, the deployment experience, and the operational tooling that keeps releases boring.
The result
CranL runs workloads close to its users across the United States, Europe, Asia and the MENA region, with new regions added as demand appears.
- Multi-region
- Global footprint
- Seconds
- To deploy
- Managed
- Databases & templates
CyberHex
A website that had to prove the security it was selling.
The problem
CyberHex sells offensive security — penetration testing for web, mobile, cloud and APIs. Their buyers are technical, sceptical by trade, and judge competence from the first screen. A generic consultancy template would have undercut the pitch before anyone read a word of it.
What we delivered
We designed and built their public site around that judgement: the services, the methodology, and the industries they work in, presented so a security buyer can qualify them quickly.
The result
A site that carries the seriousness of the work, and reads as credible to the technical audience it was built for.

DamWall
The CRM behind an anti-DDoS product company.
The problem
DamWall sells on-premises mitigation to hosting providers and enterprises — a considered, technical sale with long cycles. Running that on generic sales software meant the system never matched how the business actually worked.
What we delivered
We built a CRM around their real sales motion: how deals are qualified, how technical evaluations progress, and what the team needs to see to move a deal forward.
The result
One system that reflects the business instead of a template the business has to bend around.
- Custom CRM
- Built for the motion
- B2B
- Enterprise sales cycle
- In production
- Running today
Have something to build?
We take on a small number of client platforms at a time, and we run what we ship.
